America, the land of unlimited possibilities. It is therefore not surprising that not only owls, larks and normal types exist there, but now also lions, wolves, dolphins and bears. Michael J. Breus, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist who invented these chronotypes. I have been asked again and again recently what these new chronotypes are all about.<\/p>

My son in Australia recently sent me a screenshot of an Instagram ad about a test that can also be used to find out your chronotype. Instead of lions and dolphins, however, tigers and gorillas were chosen. Unfortunately, I have not yet been able to find it quickly.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

It is clear that chronobiology is slowly finding its way into the population, which was foreseeable after the Nobel Prize for the three chronobiologists in 2017<\/a>. This usually goes hand in hand with the development of strange flowers in order to set themselves apart from the market. This is also completely natural. However, there seems to be a certain tendency to constantly build new drawers into which people can then be thrown. However, this is not entirely unproblematic in the case of bears, wolves, dolphins, lions, gorillas and tigers, as they form the basis for a scale of value for individuals in society, especially in the economy.<\/p>
