The types of sleep I am referring to here also have nothing to do with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronocollege.de\/was-ist-chronobiologie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">chronobiology<\/a> in principle (initially).<\/p><p>It&#8217;s about the way we sleep within 24 hours, because sleep is never the same as sleep. Sleep is considered irregular if there is a difference of one or more hours between working days and non-working days and short if it lasts less than seven hours per night.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-icon\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"fas fa-dot-circle\"><\/i>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\"><b>Insomniacs<\/b> - They have trouble sleeping, take a long time to fall asleep, nod off only briefly and are extremely tired during the day. Above all, they often only sleep \"on the surface\", i.e. rarely go into deep sleep. The sleep parameters of regularity, satisfaction, alertness, efficiency, duration and parameters relating to the number and type of chronic illnesses were surveyed using questionnaires. This was particularly true for insomniacs and nappers, who made up <strong>50% of the test subjects<\/strong>.
